Dear Connie and Ellen,
Your brother, Connie, and your father, Ellen, was a role model for our entire community and personified what it means to be a caring, giving, human being. May his memory be for a blessing (z"l) and may you and your entire family be comforted with the Mourners of Zion.

I FIRST KNEW "JUICY" AS A FELLOW CAMPER 60 PLUS YEARS AGO AT CAMP MACHIGON..I LIKED HIM AND FOUND HIM TO BE A GREAT GUY. AS THE YEARS CAME AND WENT, HE DEVELOPED INTO ONE OF THE GREAT MEN IN OUR COMMUNITY. MAY HE BE A MODEL FOR THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY THAT ONE CAN DO GOOD AND WELL AT THE SAME TIME. HOPEFULLY, THE FAMILY WILL GAIN STRENGTH WITH THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF THEIR DEAR "JUICY"

I met Julie 32 yrs ago doing business w/ him as a small retailer -his word was his bond and I'm sorry to hear of his passing-he was a kind, generous, yet aggressive businessman who understood the common man and his ethics were above reproach. I'm sure he will be sorely missed by many
May He Rest in Peace
