I FIRST KNEW "JUICY" AS A FELLOW CAMPER 60 PLUS YEARS AGO AT CAMP MACHIGON..I LIKED HIM AND FOUND HIM TO BE A GREAT GUY. AS THE YEARS CAME AND WENT, HE DEVELOPED INTO ONE OF THE GREAT MEN IN OUR COMMUNITY. MAY HE BE A MODEL FOR THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY THAT ONE CAN DO GOOD AND WELL AT THE SAME TIME. I met Julie 32 yrs ago doing business w/ him as a small retailer -his word was his bond and I'm sorry to hear of his passing-he was a kind, generous, yet aggressive businessman who understood the common man and his ethics were above reproach. I'm sure he will be sorely missed by many
