I am shocked to hear this sad news (Julie Chin's passing away) from one of our common friends. She was a very kind and caring individual and a great friend and had helped us numerous times during our Arbella IT engagement. Very saddening and demoralizing news! She would always remind me of a person who was kind, intelligent and helpful to everyone. She was a key individual of COGEN team and a great contributor. May God bless her soul and may her soul rest in peace. I also pray to God to give strengh and courage to her family to cope up with this unbearable loss.
