Phyllis and Family ~ we are just now hearing of Larry's passing. Our deepest condolences to all of you. He was a fixture on Mt Vernon Street for many, many years. So personable and a great sense of humor. May your many happy memories sustain you through this sad time. All of our love.

To Barbara,
my dear old classmate, and all of the Hardin Family, please accept my sincere condolences. I vividly remember seeing Mr. Hardin with his friendly smile on Mount Vernon Street, now and then while playing as a kid, and then later on from time to time around town over the years.
I hadn't seen Mr. Hardin for some time now, but from his picture, I can see he never changed at all. He always kept that youthful smile and sparkle in his eyes. May he rest in peace, and may his memory always bring you comfort.

On behalf of the Geoffrion family we send our sincere condolences to Phyllis and her family and friends on the passing of Larry. He was such a wonderful and helpful neighbor to our mother and father and never hesitated to come to their aid whenever they experienced any problems or difficulties at 128 Mt Vernon St. I am sure that Louis & Irene were holding open the Pearly Gates when Larry arrived in heaven. May he forever rest in peace in God's loving arms.

Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of Larry. We have known the two of you since we first moved in 42 years ago, You and Larry were some of the first people we met in the neighborhood. He was a great guy and will be missed. He was one of the most helpful guys we have ever known.

Larry was such a special man. He was always so helpful. I met him over 20 years ago and he helped me in so many ways. Whenever I had a question about a car or even plumbing issues, he was always there to listen I had many conversations with he and Phyllis in the back room that he so loved to be. I am so sorry I am leaving for vacation on Sat and will be unable to attend his service. My love to Phyllis and the family
