LEONARD PAOLILLO Obituary

PAOLILLO, Leonard A. "Len" Of Natick, died peacefully and comfortably, surrounded by his loving family, on February 12, 2026, at his residence following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Cambridge on January 7, 1943, the son of the late Frank J. Paolillo and Josephine (Spera) Paolillo. Len is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 49 years, Maria C. (Gravina) Paolillo of Natick. He was the loving father of Jonathan F. Paolillo of Natick. Brother of Frank Paolillo of Asheville, NC. Also survived by several cousins, Carol, Patty Ann, Billy, Greg, Jeff and Rick. He also leaves his devoted grandpups, Gunnar and Mila. Len and his son, Jonathan, founded Milky's NorthEast Creamery and in 1987, Len also created the imaginative mascot logo, Milky, his animated son. Len was a well-known distributor in the Metrowest area for food and dairy products. Len also had a long and distinguished career as a CPA/CEO and co-founder of Rosev Dairy Foods in Chelsea and retired after 25 years of dedicated service. Len loved to read, was a collector of coins and watches, and enjoyed the many family vacations to the Wilderness Lodge and the Vero Beach Resort in Disney. Always a kid at heart, he loved being at Disney. Len was also a co-founder of the original Somerville Club, where he enjoyed many wonderful memories and friendship. Len will be fondly remembered as a kind, supportive and loving husband, father, brother, cousin and friend and missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. Visitations will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, from 10:00 am until 11:30 am, followed by a Prayer Service to begin at 11:30 am, at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (off Rte 30), WAYLAND. A private family interment will be held at the convenience of his family at a later date. Maria and Jonathan,
Please accept my sincere condolences, Lenny and I met in 1962 at Bentley. We have been good friends ever since. I have many fond memories of our times we spent together and at the many Bentley Boys luncheons we all enjoyed. Lenny we will miss you.
