Lily Frank

Lily Flora Seetook Frank, 57, of Fairbanks, went to be with our Lord, Dec. 29, 2011, at her home.
A funeral service will be held at
3 p.m., today, Jan. 4, 2012, at Fairbanks Native Chapel, 1110 20th Ave., with Pastor David Ford officiating. A viewing will be held one hour before the service at the church. Burial will be in spring at Birch Hill Cemetery.
Her family states, "Her many months of suffering are ended."
Lily is now with all those who've gone before, her parents, Andrew and Mable Seetook; siblings, Herman Seetook, Julia Seetook, Cora Olson; and nephew, Gary Seetook.
Left behind to mourn are her husband, Lewis Frank; children, Robert and Julie Hicks, David and Rachel Riddle; grandchildren, Kiana Hicks-Patrick, Dylan Helmueller, and Melina Riddle; siblings, Raymond, Clifford and Joe Seetook, Daniel Omedelina, Matilda Crisci, Margie Heavener, Betsy Pikonganna, Hilda McGrogan and Laura Weyiouanna; and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, friends and confidants.
Lily had many interests, first and foremost were her children and grandchildren whom she loved with an enduring passion. In her younger years she enjoyed fishing, dancing, ice fishing, camping, baking and berry picking.
She was interested in learning to play the keyboard, constantly had needlepoint or knitting projects in various stages of completion, and read Christian novels ravenously.
She had many friends who she would visit whenever possible, and spent hours on the phone with when she was unable to visit.
The last year complications from Lupus took her health on a downward spiral from which she could not recover.  She died peacefully in her sleep with her head resting on her husband's shoulder.
