CARANFA, Lina (Grossi) Of Somerville, June 17. Beloved wife of Domenico Caranfa. Devoted mother of Anthony Caranfa and his wife Rose of Medford, Paul Caranfa and his wife Andrea of Reading, Steven Caranfa and his wife Kim of Somerville and the late Susan Caranfa. Loving grandmother of Jennifer, Anthony and his wife Christy, Emily, Layla and Sabrina. Daughter of the late Giuseppe and Filomena (D'Antonio) Grossi. Sister of the late Giovanni Grossi and his wife Pia of Saugus. Sister-in-law of Clara Jansen and her late husband Joseph of Somerville. Daughter-in-law of Assunta Caranfa and her late husband Ginevro of Somerville. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Monday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Ann Church, 399 Medford St., Somerville, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 - 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
