Louie always made you feel special. He made everyone he touched feel like they were the most important person in the world. At the funeral today we were "good-naturedly" trying to figure out who was his favorite cousin. We all thought we were! He was gooooood! I know my family will miss him. Love to cousins Kathy, Alan and Meg....

Lou was simply one of the greatest men I have ever met. He was a joy to be around. Lou was a great story teller, a gracious, generous and thoughtful man. He has touched lives in so many ways, big and small. My heart goes out to Kathleen, who loved him as much as he loved her. To his children who will miss him in ways small and large, I offer my sincerest sympathies. Your father was wonderful and loved all of you so much, he spoke of each of you with much love in his voice and a twinkle in his eye.
Lou was a part of the fabric of all our lives. I loved him as did my whole family. God speed Louie. Thank you for all that you did for us.

My Dad introduced me to Lou in 1981. I can't say that I've ever met a better man. Always a smile, always a friend. I am saddened to hear that Lou is gone - he did so much for me and I never really had the chance to thank him for being what he was. To his family I offer my condolences. Even great men die, but they leave a line of people whose lives were touched and many fond memories.

Lou I don't remember meeting you, you were just always in my life. Always part of our family. You were always smiling and ready to make someone laugh. It was a joy to be around you. Watching you and Kathleen dance was magic. You just knew what the other was going to do. My heart goes out to Kathleen, your children and family. You were one of a kind and will be greatly missed.

My dear sweet Louie! I have such wonderful memories during my 9 years as Agent for the Conservation Commission. Your funny sense of humor and the time we used to inspect properties are some great memories. He was such a help to me in my job and was always available if I had any questions. I remember how difficult it was telling him I was moving away to Florida and his advise to me. He told me to follow my heart and do what is best for my family. You will stay in my heart all the days of my life! Rest now sweet one.
