Please accept our condolences. Mario was a kind and generous man. When I first moved to Hudson Street, Mario invited me over for a glass of wine. I didn't get a chance to take him up on that offer, but I'll always remember how welcome I felt after moving to the neighborhood. He will be missed.

Fran and John, we are so sorry to hear about Uncle Mario's passing. We only found out on Thursday, unfortunately, after the Funeral Service was already held. Please accept our belated condolences and deepest sympathies. He's with your Mom, and Uncle Joe and Aunt Connie..... Sylvia and Vince

Dear Johnny, Frannie and Extended Family
My deepest sympathy for the loss of your Dad. Your Dad was a very special man. I was privileged to have known him and live next door for many years. Mario was hardworking, selfless, kind and giving to everybody. I have a lot of fond memories with your Dad whether it was working in his Garden or breaking bread with his family. Mario treated me like I was part of his family. Your Dad was the perfect example of a father, loving husband and awesome neighbor. We are all lucky to have had Mario in our life. What a privilege to live next to this Great man and know him personally. Dear Franny and John
My deepest sympathy for the loss of your Dad.He was such a great friend and neighbor to my Mom and Dad and to all my family.I have so many wonderful memories of your Dad.I have been sharing stories of your Dad with my friends for years. Telling them of his generosity to all his neighbors and of his singing in the garden. He was a great example of how to live and be kind to your fellow man. His spirit lives forever in my heart.
