Wish I could be there with all my heart. One of my favorite memories is my last trip home. She was all light up to see my children and it made me so happy to see her that way. She held her grandson Colin for the first time and the pure happiness in her smile made me smile. Love you always and forever Nana. You were loved and cherished by so many. RIP
