Mom, Ma Barry, Nana, Mary, Aunt Mary, Mrs. B, Mrs. Barry will be missed by many. Funeral Procession from the George L. Doherty Funeral Home on Wednesday at 10AM, followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Clement Church at 11AM. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Calling Hours Tuesday from 3PM-7PM. Mary was out dear next door neighbor for almost 38 years. She and Jim welcomed us all warmly when we moved in and were kind and companionable neighbors ever after. It was a great pleasure to see them (and Paddy downstairs) during our comings and goings over the years and, after Jim’s passing, to visit Mary and exchange stories and updates from time to time. It was always a pleasure to see members of the Barry family who came by to visit, to say hi and to get updates. My wife Deidre (Alessio) and our downstairs friends and neighbors Nomi (Davidson) and Phil (Weiss) join me in offering many sympathies to the family with warm thoughts of the warm neighborliness and friendship of our dear Mary and of all of you.

I did not know Mary or her family. I 'know ' her only from her obituary. Mary's obituary offered me a wonderful look into 'who' she was. ....and all the love that she offered and received. it seems that she was a wonderful woman and will be greatly missed.

My deepest sympathy to Mary’s beautiful family who cared for her like the precious jewel she was. I loved every second I was fortunate enough to spend with her. She has left everyone she met, with the very best memories of her, so I’m sure she will always be with us. All my love to her family.

I am so sorry for your loss, in hard times such as these i´d like to share a bible scripture found in Isaiah 63:9, God sees your destress and feels it too. With love and compassion he will lift you up and carry you.
