Mary E. SYLVESTER

SYLVESTER, Mary E. Aged 96, of South Boston, passed peacefully on November 10, at home surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband, Howard. She is survived by her children, David of South Boston and his partner, Nancy McEachern, Jane Brusca and her husband, Donald of Prides Crossing, Thomas of Falmouth and is girlfriend, Sabria Williams, Mary Beth Lowell and her husband, Stephen of Braintree, Howard and his wife, Jane of Watertown, John and his wife, Betsy of Marshfield, and Paula of South Boston. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and her sister, Louise Donahue of Miami, FL. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours at The Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street, SOUTH BOSTON, Monday, November 14, from 10:00-11:30 A.M. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Brigid's Church, South Boston, at Noon. Interment Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Mary was a lifelong resident of South Boston. She was proud to have been employed for many years at the Kennedy Library in Dorchester. Mary most enjoyed spending time and keeping in touch with her many lifelong friends and surrounding herself with family.
