MEAGHAN WALSH Obituary
Visitation in the O'Brien Funeral Home, 146 Dorchester St., SOUTH BOSTON on Sunday, August 15th from 3-7pm. Funeral Mass in Gate of Heaven Church, 615 East Fourth Street, South Boston on Monday, August 16th at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury. Meaghan was a graduate of Curry College and member of the American Bullmastiff Association and French Bull Dog Club of America. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Meaghan may be made to Mass General: https://massgeneral.org/cancer-center/treatments-and-services/gynecologic-cancers/cervical-cancer

I am so sad about the passing of Meaghan. Being part of the Megan, Meghan and Meaghan Walsh club growing up was fun. Seeing her was always a joy. My daughters loved seeing her as well. She was a wonderful person, with an infectious smile and positive spirit. My heart goes out to you, Mrs. Walsh. May she continue to be by your side each day as your guardian angel. I´ve met many people through my association and involvement with French Bulldogs, but Meaghan was a breath of beauty, charm, and wit that outshined so many. I´ll always cherish my time and conversations with Meaghan and the lovely MaryBarbara. Dog show excursions were brightened by their presence. I´m thankful for the gift of having Meaghan in my life. Warmth and strength to Meaghan´s family and friends and especially, MaryBarbara. Thank you for sharing your beautiful daughter with us.

Dearest MaryBarbara, I can not tell you how saddened I was to hear of the passing of your beautiful Meaghan. When I remember my time in Southie I will always think back with fondness on the kindness, generosity, and love you and Meaghan showed me. Although at times she and I fought like sisters I will always remember her giving spirit, laughter, wicked dance moves, and friendship. I took it as the utmost compliment when people said we looked like sisters as Meaghan was such a stunning beauty. I can´t tell you how many times I saw people stop in their tracks when she walked in the room.
Thinking back now it was always her warmth that truly won everyone over. She is sorely missed, and will be forever remembered. Love, Christina
