Hi Michael
Tomorrow will be 20 years without you. It just doesn´t seem imaginable. As you know so much has happened. Good and bad. I miss everyone. So many are now with you. I wish it were me but I still have a lot to do here on earth. You´re always with me that´s how I´ve survived this long. Please watch over those that are sick and I need another 20 years, then we´ll meet again . I love and miss you more than you´ll ever know.

It has taken me a few days to get my thoughts together. Two years seems like a life time, yet like yesterday. May 15,2004 remains so vivid in my mind.
In spite of the flooding and blocked roads we made it to your memorial mass at St. Theresa's Church. I thought I would be able to "brave" this day. But, as always memories of you flooded my head. Tears welled up in my eyes, with thoughts of, "I just can't believe you have been gone for two years and will never be back on this earth again"
Mikey you will NEVER be forgotten by those who loved you.

Easter has passed us by. Another holiday without you. The little blue easter egg you gave me when you were a little boy still sits in my drawer. As I opened it and read the poem you wrote on bunny ears shaped paper, it brought a smile to my face. In memory of you, on Easter Sunday each family member received a plastic easter egg filled with jelly beans.

At 10:43 AM 1980, you came into this world. A true bundle of joy you were. Your little brother, Paul, 4 years old thought you were his! He fed you and dragged you around in your little seat. He slept under your little crib until you woke up and never wanted to leave your side. As the years passed we had fun and lots of love. You and Paul were both my pride and joy.
We spent the day with you today, I know you saw, Bob said a prayer, while balloons and flowers adorn your place of rest. We miss you every minute of every day. I always think of you, wondering what could have been? Your life was short, but your memory long. We love and miss you. God Bless you. Rest in Peace.
