MICHAEL YANOFSKY Obituary

YANOFSKY, Michael "Mike" In Loving Memory Of Weymouth who passed away February 26th at the age of 74 after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Abraham and Lena Yanofsky. He is survived by his longtime girlfriend Donna Parrish, her sons Mark Parrish and Scott Parrish, and her grandchildren Scott Parrish, Jr. and Hayley Parrish. He is also survived by his sister Elaine Muscovitz of Lowell, his nieces Lisa Berman and Rhonda Bailey, and several great nephews.

He was retired from the Massachusetts Commission for the Blind. Mike also had a long career as a professional drummer known as Mike Young. He especially enjoyed working for the past 20 years or more as the drummer for B.R.M.C. playing the oldies rock music he loved. Funeral services and burial are private.
