Can't believe it's been 11 years. Think of Nancy often and all I learned in that office and the fun and good people who came through those doors at 780 Adams!

Dear Grant,
We are so very sorry to hear of your loss. Your Mom was always a very special woman. I enjoyed working with her at the office, and learned so much from her. Spending time with her and all her friends at the house were always special and memorable times. Our children enjoyed being with your Mom, she always made everyone feel special and welcomed in her unique way. Your Mom had a heart of gold. It's too bad more people don't have half the heart your Mom had. Remember, you were always the warmth in her heart. She enjoyed talking of you all the time. Keep that in your heart, for she loved you very deeply.
God Bless you and yours during this difficult time. We will keep you and your Mom in our prayers always.
Love,
Jim & Susan

Hello Grant:
It's Nancy Merritt here. I was so sorry to hear about your mom's death. You know she died the same day as my mother, only in 2002. Do you remember meeting my mother? There are so many memories of my life involving your mother, you and your family even though over the last several we weren't in contact. The last time I saw you was at the bakery in Dorchester - remember? Other people have kept me up to date on where you've been, seen articles about you (very impressive), and most recently I guess you attended a real estate Christmas party where Diane told me she saw you.
Your mother had a good heart and enjoyed life to the fullest. She's at a peace right now and she'll always remain in my memories. Take care Grant and please tell your father I was asking for him. I hope to hear from you... Love, Nancy Merritt

Grant,
I am so sorry for your loss. Fond memories of you & Jarrod together (actually I'm not sure if fond is the word), but your Mom & grandfather were a big part of those memories & some really special times. Memories are forever. You're in my prayers.

We discover this meaning in life in three different ways: by doing a deed; by experiencing a value; and by suffering....
