Dear Kimberly, Mark, Nick, Connor, Colin, and Johnnie.
To start, I would like to share some of the memories that I have of an amazing person that I got to know well over the years. Nathan was a true friend to me and everyone at camp. I met him three years ago at Mowglis, but it wasn't until this past year that I really got to know him well. Not only was he an amazing friend, but he was also an outstanding teacher. He taught me how to trail clear, helped me a lot in the camping industry, and even taught me how to do the sport that I love today which was to row. He was such an outstanding role model to the other kids in the dorm and me. I got the chance to row and race with him at CRI, and we even had a team dinner together. When I introduced him to some of my friends at CRI, he fit right in with them by telling jokes, laughing, and having a great time. I want to thank Nathan for all that he has done to be such an accomplished, funny, and loving friend. I am so terribly sorry the recent events, and I know only time can make it better. Attached below is a link to a video of a skit that Nathan, Kenny, Liam, Patrick and I performed for Mowglis on parents weekend. Watching it for me helped me save the good memories of Nathan and keep him alive in my heart. I hope it does the same for you. best wishes to the whole family.

Auntie Kim, Uncle Mark, my mom, brother and entire family are thinking and praying for your family through this tragic time in the loss of Nathan. In everything he did and showed me, was clearly thought through and for sure could tell he knew what he was dong. He was very smart and a very fun cousin to have. Most of my time spent with Nathan at camp,he showed me around and made me feel more comfortable away from home unlike anyone else had ever before. I have some fond funny memories with nathan i will cherish. Like when one of the times i had come over the house and i was trying to teach nathan how to juggle thinngs we brought up from the basement, and nathan spotted some oranges on the counter. He didnt sucsesfully juggle the oranges, instead he had a mess to clean up after. Some other memories i have of nathan are when he came over my house one night on november 4th, and we brought nathan down to the tyngsboro elemetry school. A place where kyle liked to bike and thought was cool to show nathan. We were down at the school for a few hours and it was nice spending time with your son. I felt i could talk to nathan for hours about anything and he would alwyas reply with either an answer or a solution to something. I remember at camp nathan being always the first one to the top of the mountain, or how he would beat the entire dorm in a game of chess. I will always miss nathan and he will live on forever with us. I wish you guys and your family all my condolence and love in your journey of moving on to a new chapter of life with happy times ahead. -Love, Kenny litalien Jr

Sincere condolences to your family. Our memories of Nathan are of the adorable little boy who came through the back gate and across the yard to visit us. He was often tagging along with his older brother Nick and our grandson Sawyer to see what they were up to. Nathan was always curious even then. It's often said that it's not the time in your life but the life in your time here on earth that counts. The tributes to Nathan are a testament to the many things that he did and so much that he enjoyed as well as his special talents. Nathan will always hold a place in our memories and in our hearts. Sincerely, Sharon and Tom Atkins

My 12 year old son was at Mowglis for the first time last summer. He had some struggles being away from home at times. I met Nathan and shook his hand after my son told me a story about how Nathan helped him. Nathan had drawn a page full of doodles that a twelve year old would think were funny and he gave them to my son. The doodles were later confiscated by one of the directors and taken to the office. Nathan later snuck into the directors office and stole the doodles and gave them back to my son. The doodles are currently hanging in my sons room. It was something small but it was something that showed how thoughtful Nathan was. My son thought Nathan was a special guy and we wanted you to know.

We did not have the privilege of knowing Nathan, as my son joined the Novices in CRI last September. But it was a shock for my son, Sergei, and for me, his mother, to hear that a fellow rower passed at such a young age. My son shared his sadness with me and told me that he can't even imagine how painful this loss must be for Nathan's parents. I read Nathan's obituary and marveled at Nathan's love for nature and history. He lived this life to the fullest, and he touched the hearts of so many people. He will continue watching over his loved ones from Heaven. May Love sustain you and comfort you in this terrible time of grief. Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Kimberly and Mark-
We are so very sorry for your loss. Ryan and Nathan spent may times together in Lincoln, at Smith and Brooks school, and on soccer and tball teams together.
I happened to be with Ryan at L/S on the day Nathan started back at L/S. It was nice to watch them reconnect and walk down the hallway as Ryan escorted Nathan to his assigned house.
May Nathan's memory be a blessing! We are so grateful to have known your beautiful boy.

Nathan, you brightened my day with your gentlemanly presence, intellectual integrity and artistic devotion. Our art classes were always inspired by your modest expertise in whatever medium or subject we were working with. Your craftsmanship and knowledge of tools always proved to be beyond most of our abilities. I enjoyed your visits outside of class knowing you found solace in the art studio. It was in these quiet moments that you shared your passions for history and archeology. Thank you for being that inspiration and bright spot. I will miss you dearly - you were a truly unique human who I am grateful to have known. Peace to you!
