NEGARRE HESHMAT MOORE

1926 - 2022

MOORE, NeGarre Heshmat Age 96, former longtime resident of Lincoln, MA, passed away peacefully at home at Neville Place in Cambridge, MA on April 14, 2022. In addition to raising her children, NeGarre enjoyed many years working as an elementary school teacher's aide in the Lincoln Public Schools. She taught Farsi at Berlitz Language School, volunteered as an ESL teacher, and did volunteer work at Emerson Hospital. NeGarre was predeceased by her husband, Murv, and son, Neil; and leaves behind her children Laila, Pari and her husband Brett, Dean and his wife Cathy; her daughter-in-law Lauren; her grandchildren, Jonathan and his wife Colleen, Keith, Owen, Drew, Jasper, and Solana; and her great-granddaughter Eliza. A Private Service will be held at the Lincoln Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to one of NeGarre's favorite charities: Planned Parenthood, Union of Concerned Scientists, resist.org, or Save the Children.
