It breaks my heart to know that Nicki is no longer with us. She was a special person that brought such a human dimension to an otherwise matter-of-fact business environment. She truly cared for those around her and she shared those feelings with us. I found being around Nicki to be extremely gratifying. I learned so much about the important priorities in life from her and I will never forget her kindness.

Nicki was a great mentor to me. She truly brought out the best qualities in me and was encouraging and supportive at all times. She inspired me to deliver my best and made me a much more confident person. She was passionate about her work and that quality in her motivated one to enjoy what they do and to give in their best. She was a good role model. Nicki was also a good listener and no matter how busy she was she always took the time to listen to you. She appreciated your concern and worked with you in addressing the problem. She was very personable and a kind person. She was honest in her feedback and you always knew where you stood with Nicki. There were no surprises at all. She was truly an awesome person and she will always be remembered as a cheerful, kind, and compassionate person. Her smile each morning brightened the day and she would smile regardless of how stressful her day was. I will miss her sincere advice and I am sad to have lost a good mentor/friend. May her soul rest in peace.

Nicki was a truly captivating person. Her friendship was like the dawn: unfailing, beautiful and exciting to watch unfold. It was always a treat to hear her speak--unanticipated delights would routinely roll off her tongue. She was consummately kind, forgiving, and steadfast. She also honestly displayed her humanity in an extremely generous way. She is loved, cherished, and will be painfully missed.
