Patricia S. Devlin

DEVLIN, Patricia S. 87, of Mashpee, died Saturday, November 15th, in Boston after a sudden illness. She was the wife of the late George Devlin for 57 years. Born in Natick, she graduated Regis College in 1943. She taught at St. Joseph's School in Needham for 16 years. She resided in Mashpee for 50 years and was a lifelong devout Catholic who was actively involved at Christ the King Parish. She was also active in the Pro-Life movement. Patricia is survived by her son, Christopher Devlin and his wife, Elizabeth Devlin of Millis; her daughter, Marie Lucking of Hopkinton; six grandchildren; Daniel Lucking and his wife, Rachel Lucking, James Lucking, Elizabeth Morin and her husband Christopher Morin, Andrew, Emily and Maryanna Devlin & three great-grandchildren; Christian Lucking, Christopher James Morin and Baby Lucking. A Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 19th, from 4-7PM in the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 74 Algonquin Ave, at Rte 151 in MASHPEE. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, at 11AM in Christ the King Parish, 3 Jobs Fishing Road, Mashpee. Followed by a reception.
