Patricia Scott Obituary

56, of York Beach, Maine, formerly of Woburn, MA died Friday November 16th after a courageous two year battle with Breast Cancer. Trisha was born in Woburn, MA, July 31, 1951, the daughter of Edward and Mary Louise (O'Doherty) Monks. She was raised in Woburn, MA and spent many summers in Cape Cod with her family. Trisha moved to York Beach Maine 10 years ago realizing her dream of living at the ocean. She was a 1969 graduate of St. Charles School in Woburn. She most recently worked for the York Harbor Inn and made many friends along the way. In her spare time Trisha loved spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, listening to music and cooking. Devoted mother of Jennifer Callahan and her husband Richard of Tewksbury, MA and Julia Sheehan and her husband Bill of Nashua, NH. Loving "Grammie" to Joseph and Matthew Callahan and Ryan and Drew Sheehan. Dear sister of Marilyn Monks and her wife Diane Kleinrok of Truro, MA, Elaine Monks of Provincetown, MA and Cynthia Lynch and her husband Paul of Woburn, MA. Aunt of Vanessa Morris and her husband Eric of Medford, MA. Great Aunt to Jeremy and Liliana Morris. Dear friend of ex-husband Gregory Scott and his wife Linda of Woburn, MA. There will be a Memorial Service on December 15th, 2007 at 10 A.M. at St. Christopher's Church, 4 Barrell Lane, York, Maine. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Trisha's memory to the York Community Food Pantry, 38 Woodbridge Road, York, ME 03909
