My condolences to the Hanson family. I remember my IT conversations with Professor at Harvard Divinity School, in the Andover IT Hallway and his office was in G19 . His conversations and his smile is missed.

My condolences to the Hanson family and my thanks for the kind and brilliant life of Paul Hanson. I arrived at HDS for the MDiv program in 1972 and audited his survey course. I remember well his voice. There were some contentious issues as we feminist students pressed for women on the faculty (there were none). Paul was steadfast in his calm support.
