I was so sorry to receive Mom's call of Dr. D's passing. I have many memories of visiting the office while growing up. He always had a smile and a joke. He will truly be missed.

Joan, Mary Ellen, Phil and Jimmy,

I am so sorry I was unable to be with you this morning to celebrate Phil's life.

I have so many fond memories of Phil - and all of you - from as far back as I can remember: from the family gatherings -- to piling in the back seat of each new car for a spin around the block -- to the jokes he told so well --to posing for photos from First Communion at St. Joe's to our wedding in Washington.

Please know that my thoughts are with you today and always.

Joan, Mary Ellen, Phil, and Jimmy;

All of the Hopkins Clan send our sympathies. We all enjoyed Uncle Phil immensely and even laughed at a few of his jokes. We can't recall a time he wasn't smiling.

Take Care,

My deepst sympathy to Dr. Doherty's family.
Dr. Doherty, you were one of a kind and a true gentleman. You saved my feet when I was 16 years old and I never forgot and am forever grateful.
Thank you for all that you did for me.
With deep appreciation,
