To the family,
Sorry these times prevent the natural and normal ways of saying good by to people that have affected us in so many ways but their souls know that they will be missed by our thoughts and prayers. My sympathies are with you all.

Nancy, I am so sorry to read this news. Phil was a bright light, a funny man. It's been so long since I have seen or spoken with you all, but that only proves how unforgettable he was. My heart is with you.

What a good guy! He will have to forgive me from above as I will be hoisting a single malt instead of vodka in his honor at the19th when we can finally do it. Will miss his humor. A lot of other folks will miss his generosity as well

Phil was a great guy. Brilliant! He "bestowed" one-liners on everyone. When Phil walked into a room full of Members, he never hesitated to take a "shot" at someone, all in fun of course. I used his fine council many, many times. I will miss Phil, as many, many Members will. Rest In Peace.
