Of Stow, Sept. 14, 2010; husband of Margaret (Kelly) Siccone; father of Karen Royle and Robin Siccone both of Hudson, John Siccone of Chelsea, Ralph Siccone, Jr. of Somerville and the late Margaret Venti; grandfather of Ralph, Katherine, Sean, Alyssa and Kristen. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation, 85 Astor Ave., Ste. 2, Norwood, MA 02062.
