The world has lost an incredible man. He was a man for all seasons. His gentlemanly ways and terrific sense of humor were par to none. Both Dick (Haley) and I enjoyed crusing with him - rest peaceful sailor and know how much you were loved and will be missed. Nancy Haley (North Weymouth, MA)

Dear Barcelo Family,
I had the honor of serving under then Capt. Barcelo and found him to be a wonderful man and a great soldier. My prayers will be for him today.
In reading his death notice, I can't resist thinking how appropriate the name 'Bald Eagle' was for his boat!

Dear Adele,I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a great person. I remember meeting him for the first time when he was with Mike in Ft. Lauderdale. He had such confidence standing tall and proud with his friends. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
