I remember Dick from choir in at Newton High School (now 'Newton North HS). I remember that he was on the 'Jury' of our school production of Gilbert and Sullivan's 'Trial By Jury' and that his future wife - Marci - was a bridesmaid. Dick had a beautiful voice. I was a bridesmaid at his and Marci's wedding. I was so saddened to hear of his beautiful family's loss. Condolences to all who knew loved him.

It was heart-breaking to hear the news of Richard's passing. I was one of those who played softball with Dick, or "Mo" as we called him, every Thursday evening in the summer. Softball was just an excuse to sit around, drink a beer, and talk about life. There was no one finer to be with than Mo on these nights. He was a mensch and will be missed more than you know.

Dear Marci,
I was very saddened to read of Dick’s passing. Even though we have not been in contact for many years, I have thought of him frequently. I have done a lot of reflecting about our high school years and how much fun we had. My condolences to you and your family.

Dick was a client of mine for decades and over the years I considered him more of a close friend who showed a lot of heart and class .

My condolences to Dick's family and friends,
Dick or Mo as he was fondly known by his softball teammates will certainly be missed! I've spent many years on Thursday evenings with Mo on the field and then at the after game get togethers where we had many laughs and discussions over a beer. Mo was a great listener and you could count on him for an honest opinion. I have my memories of Mo. Always a gentleman and a friend. Rest in peace my friend.
