Richard Walsh Obituary

Of Falmouth, formerly of Waltham, died in his home on Sept. 15, 2003, at the age of 75 after a long battle with cancer. A U.S. Air Force Korean War Veteran & Retired Captain of Waltham Fire Dept. of 31 years. Beloved husband of the late Rita (Keohane) Walsh. Devoted father of Richard S. Walsh of Falmouth, Waltham Firefighter, David M. Walsh of Waltham, the late Daniel Walsh, and Michael J. Walsh & his wife Grace of Waltham. Loving grandfather of Julia M. Walsh. Beloved brother of Charles Walsh of Sonoma, CA & Marion Walthal of Woburn. Also survived by several nieces & nephews, other relatives & friends. Private Services to be held. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Dick's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St. Framingham MA 01701.
