ROBERT L. BUHLMAN

BUHLMAN, Robert L. Age 91, passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on August 4, 2025. Beloved husband of Eleanor M. (Hennessey) for 62 years; loving father of Robert A. of Beverly, Jane E. Buxton and her husband John R. of West Roxbury, Mark D. of Toronto, and Andrew J. and his wife Christine of Dedham. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Jennifer, Sarah, Kathleen, and Samantha. Brother of Nancy Erickson, Judith Gorman, and Mary Ellen Buhlman. He is predeceased by his sister Ruth Sudbey and his brother David Buhlman. The uncle to many nieces and nephews. Bob was a graduate of Hyde Park High School class of 1951; he later served in the U.S. Army and then was a letter carrier for the USPS for 38 years. He enjoyed a long and happy retirement with his loving wife. He loved to visit Bermuda and play the lottery. Visiting hours at the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St., West Roxbury, Thursday, August 7th from 3-7pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Friday, August 8th at 9am, followed by a Funeral Mass in Holy Name Church in West Roxbury at 10 am. Family and friends kindly invited. Interment Mt.
