Some things in life, I suppose, are not meant to make any sense. This is one of those things. What do we think at times like these? Memories run rampant through our heads and we realize life might never be the same. If I had known the last time I saw him was truly the last time, would I have tried to say goodbye? It's amazing what we think of at times like these. What if and why? We can question all we want, but we'll never find a suitable answer. So we bumble on in search of tomorrow, and continue our wondering forever. All we have are our memories and our own personal monuments built within ourselves. My sincerest condolences to Rob's family. I would like to build somewhat of a memorial online, if anyone is out there reading, please send photos and the like to [email protected].

I was very sorry to hear of the families’ loss, especially for one so young. I know there are no words that can take the sorrow away or answer the question, “Why?” I do believe that though we never know the time or the reason for God’s decision, as to when He calls a loved one home, I am sure that when it comes, the reunion is out of pure Peace and Love. The very same Love that is expressed, shared and gives hope as we live our lives each day.

My prayers for you are that every person who loved him and every life Robert touched, will be comforted at this time and all those special occasions in the upcoming year.

We cannot express our feelings adequately, there is a great love in our hearts. The recent months have brought memories long gone by, and many, many prayers. We know that Robert is with God, and with those that love him. Pup is surely taking good care of him, saying to Robert that phrase we all know---"We're having a party." We all love him, and will miss him. Our prayers are with you Karen, Bob, and Dan.

Love,

Aunt Ginny, Christine, Denise, Yon, Carolyn, Stephanie, Virginia, and Michael
