My family is thankful that our teenage son, Shaun, had the opportunity to learn both woodworking and leadership skills from Bob as he served as a youth mentor through the Eastman YCC and boatbuilding courses. Our sincere condolences. ~The Kronenwetters

I lived at Eastman with Bob as a neighbor for a number of years. We played Pickleball together for several years. I also graduated from Boston College in 1964 where my Father taught for 45 years. I never knew Bob went there, too. Milly and I live in Tucson now.

Our condolences to Bob's Family and friends. He was a wonderful man. It is sad for us that when we go back north to visit, we will no longer bump into him or see him running on the roads.

Peace and Love to you

Our family will greatly miss Bob. His passion and dedication as a runner was surpassed by no one, but he was equally as good a person. We will think of him always when we're on the road.

Bob will be greatly missed in the Eastman Community. I met him early on when moving here and a small group of us enjoyed many runs during that time. Bob was a great conversationalist with uplifting energy and it was always a pleasure running into him. Thinking of Bob's family with heartfelt condolences.

I am so sorry for your loss. My husband Bob and I just saw Bob at the hockey game on New Years Eve. We were doing our walk around the rink before the game. The last lap around as Bob was passing he gave a great big smile. That is how I will remember him! We will miss him. It is a big loss for the Eastman community!

I am sorry for your loss. Bob was a good friend and biking buddy. He also was a fellow woodturner whose work I admired for its uniqueness. Bob rest in peace.

Bob will be sorely missed by our running community. He was so active with the UV Running Club, and volunteered more energy to events like the Foliage Five than folks half his age could muster. I could always count on seeing him regardless of the weather and will miss his presence.

I am very sorry for your loss. We enjoyed many good times over the years doing winter sports, attending canoe camp, and enjoying Tom Rush concerts and Garrison Keillor events. Bob's contributions to the Eastman community will be greatly missed.
