Dearest Sumner,
Allen just called to tell me of the passing of your beautiful wife Sharon. No grief such as this can possibly be shared by others. I would like you to know that our thoughts are with you and your children. If only there was a magic potion to take away your pain and your grief. Alas that is only for story books and children's tales.
Each day that you have spent with someone you love changes your life and everything which surrounds it. In that you have had good fortune having had so many past memories and happiness to share with one another. Keep looking at all the memories you have made Sumner for I feel that they will keep you whole and pull you back together as long as you believe in them. We can hardly express how we feel. I am bereft for you and your family. I am sending you a big hug and holding you tightly. For you and to your family we send our deepest sympathies, Linda and Allen Criss

Dear Sumner & children,
Although I was not a recent nor close friend of Sharon's, she and I shared many an hour talking about all of you, her wonderful family, while waiting for Sara and my daughter, Norah, to finish dance lessons and at many Winsor functions. My heart goes out to all of you at this very sad time. May her memory and her example of strength be a blessing to all of you now and always.
Fondly,

Gail Curtin

Dear Slavin Family,
It is with great sadness that Sharon is physically gone from your lives. She will be, however, always in your heart, alive and well. She loved you all so much. If I can be of any help to you, please call on me. Your family has a very special place in my heart.
