Steve was such a nice guy and had a tremendous sense of humor. I really enjoyed working with him at City Hall. I will forever cherish the friendship we shared. Rest In Peace my friend!

To the Kadlec Family:
Please accept my deepest sympathies. I had the great pleasure of working with Steve at City Hall, while I was serving as Mayor and on the City Council. He was a great guy.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Michael Sullivan
