Dear Charlotte , Frankie and your wonderful families. WOW it is so hard to believe that is just about a year since we lost our beautiful Cookie and almost 6 months since I lost my dad to cancer too. We have each been on a sad and frustrating journey as caregivers and as their children watching one's we love so deeply suffer, deteriorate and then lose their battle while we feel so helpless by their side. One thing for certain is that Our love for them will always be there, our memories of how important they were to us will never fade away and through us they will live on. I love you guys and hope Cookie is having a ball, pain free, and maybe having a cannoli with my dad in heaven. One thing I know for sure is that they are pretty proud of us right now- I know Cook was always proud of you but from up there she can see everything more clearly and is doubly proud of you two right now!! I love you all,

Dear Frankie, Charlotte & Family,
I'm sorry to hear about your mother,"Cookie". I remember her telling me as a kid "call me Cookie", I said ok, but as long as she's in your heart she will be with you forever. I know you two were close with your mum but all I can say when your feeling down is remember the memories you had together, the good times I call them. That's what help's me. Dear Charlotte and Frankie, I was so shocked and saddened when I learned of the passing of your Mom. She was an incredible woman. I know right now your hearts are heavy but keep her memories alive and you will see the light at the end of the tunnel. Charlotte if you need anything, just give me a call.

Charlotte, Frank, and family, my deepest sympathy to you and your family on Cookie's passing. Faced with difficult news and difficult times, she would always smile. What a wonderful attribute. Although I knew her for such a short time, she seems to have been one of those individuals who likely lit up many people's lives. May she now be at peace.

Always Giving to Everyone she loved she had a spirit of generosity like no other. A pillar of strength with bold survival instincts, protective of family and friends with a genuine warmth that poured out of her naturally. Her Presence will be felt forever.
Her greatest legacy of Love will be you, whom she impacted in ways that made you the amazing people that you each are. You are her gifts to us and we thank her for these gifts.
