I still remember Teddy learning the recorder in 3rd grade and how excited he was when he "got" it. That´s how I´m always going to remember him- just a happy kid who radiated joy. Hugs to all of you, especially Claire and Lydia.

Teddy-or Theo, as we also call him-gave me a place to belong for the first time.
I´m so sorry I only learned of his passing today. I´ll always be grateful to him. He was an amazing friend.

There are a lot of things I could say about Theo, but voicing them would be telling.
All I can say is that I love him, present tense. I love him more than any words can describe and I didn't tell him enough. That regret will last with me for as long as I'll live.
Goodbye, Theo. I hope you're at home wherever you are.

I have so many good memories of Theo (aka Teddy). He was our 1st grandson. I loved Teddy as if he were my own son. He was always so lovable and lots of fun to be with. He never complained when we had errands to do. He was constantly talking, laughing, oh so happy. We often played Legos together and he had a gift for building and would create some fantastic buildings. Teddy loved to bake and help make mashed potatoes. He even learned `my secret´ ingredients. Teddy has left a huge hole in my heart. I loved when he called me Mama...slip of his tongue. He told me I was his best friend while he was in preschool and the first couple of years at Wood End School. Teddy loved my stories of Captain Cotolette and the Irish leprechaun, Sean Patrick.
I was so lucky to be his Nonnie. Thank you all for sharing him with me. He will be with me forever.

I sat next to Theo in 7th grade band. He was always smiling, brightening the days of everyone around him. We lost touch after he went to highschool, but I'll always remember his kindness to me at a time when not many people cared enough to be kind. That was what set Theo apart- he cared. I am forever grateful that i got to know him, and become friends with him over the year we knew each other.

Claire, Lydia, Mr. and Mrs. Freedman -
Theo was an amazing friend of mine. We had been friends starting with elementary school and that is why he was so close to me. We have had some great memories throughout our friendship like being on the same first LEGO League teams in middle school and elementary school or just celebrating each other´s birthday when we were both little. However, the last and probably the best moment we had together before his passing was when we both went to Washington DC and took a picture in front of the capital building. It really brought me pain to hear that he was gone because I had never lost a friend who I knew through my childhood. He was such a great friend
I just want to say that I am so sorry for your loss, he was important to all of us. Please accept the condolences from everyone in my family. If there is anything you need, let me know.

Claire, Lydia, Amelia and Scott-
I am so sorry! My heart is breaking for all of you! I remember watching the kids for several consistent summers and overnights when he was a baby and the girls were three. I watched them grow up through elementary school. Claire, Lydia and Teddy were the best kids to watch. I just loved them!
The thing I will always remember about Teddy is his smile. He had the best smile and sense of humor. He was always up for adventure. He always had a good heart and wanted to make you laugh.
I am so sorry for all of you! I am thinking of all of you and sending my love! Please let me know if I can do anything to help your family!

Claire, Lydia and Mr. & Mrs Freedman,
I can not bring to tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. Teddy was such a kind, funny, bright person. He made the room happier wherever he was.
In class he made me laugh on so many occasions. There was such an intelligence behind his humor- he was a bright light.
He will be missed by so many. He will be remembered by so many.
So much love and hugs to you all

Such a sweet boy. I remember when he was little, outside Hyacinth's motel, during our union drive at UMass Lowell, we went rock hunting together. I don't know if we found many rocks, but I remember him talking a blue streak about anything and everything. He was joy to hang with. All I can say now is my condolences.
