sorry for ur lost. dr fitzy was one of the best dr. i had, knew him when he would come to simmons nursing home to check on his pat. there. would walk around with him, was very nice to them all. you will be missed , r.i.p. doc

As the grandfather to two of Dr Toms grandchildren I had the utmost respect and admiration for him. He accomplished so much and will surely be missed .our deepest sympathy to Kathy and her family

My deepest sympathy to Kathy & The Fitzpatrick family. After Having the pleasure of working with Dr.Fitz I will always remember his quick wit, humor & pleasing presence. He was a wonderful man and will be missed. He stopped by to see me a little over a year ago and it meant the world to me. I will always remember our time at the lake and feel blessed to have known him. Rest in peace Dr. Fitz there will never be another like you.

Our deepest Sympathy to Kathie and Family. It was an honor and pleasure to have worked with Tom. He was one of the good guys. A kind and caring man, a true gentleman. He shared his love of family, times spent @ Fish Cove and his enthusiasm for flying. Tom had a smile the would light up a room. He will be missed.

Dr. Fitzpatrick was my Dr. For forty years. My husbands for thirty.
I liked going to his office because you were seeing not only your
Doctor but also a friend. The love he had for his family was very special. There will never be another Dr. Fitzpatrick for us.

This man made a big impression on me. Just from a few brief conversations we had had in the work parking lot we share. He was just real, an old soul, I felt. Every time I saw him, even if from afar, it brought a smile to my face. I know he was very much loved by his clients also. So sorry for your loss.
