THOMAS S. FITZPATRICK

FITZPATRICK, Thomas S. Age 59, of Boston, MA, died Saturday, December 25, 2021, at his home in Back Bay. He would have celebrated his 60th birthday on February 25, 2022. Beloved husband of Julia Fitzpatrick for 31 years and father to Samuel and Julianna Fitzpatrick. Tom was born in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of Kathleen Fitzpatrick and the late Thomas O. Fitzpatrick, M.D. He graduated from Chelmsford High School in 1980, the College of the Holy Cross in 1984 and received a JD from Northeastern University Law School in 1990. He practiced law at Davis Malm in Boston for over 30 years, and proudly served as president from 2009 to 2014. He also served as director and clerk of the 1434 Foundation. Tom Fitzpatrick was an avid golfer, boater, traveler, and Boston sports fan. He enjoyed playing poker, going to Patriots and Bruins games, reading and cooking. His greatest joy was spending time with his family on the Cape. Tom is also survived by many loving brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends who he loved dearly. Visiting Hours will be held at the Saint Ignatius of Loyola Church, 28 Commonwealth Avenue in Chestnut Hill on Tuesday, January 4th from 9 to 11 AM. Followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
