So sad to hear this. Tom was an outstanding lawyer and a true gentleman. He was a very effective advocate without being personally disagreeable. His knowledge of the law and procedure combined with his always smooth comportment made him a special talent and a special person. Rest in peace, Tom.

One of the very best workers´ compensation lawyers in Massachusetts and such a friendly and collegial guy as well. He was top notch! May his memory be a blessing.

Tom and I started our practice in Worker´s Comp. at the same point in 1973. I had scores of cases with Tom over the years as I did a lot of Longshoremen´s cases and handle asbestos claims. I had dozens of cases with Tom over the years, and without a doubt, he was one of the finest defense lawyers I ever met. Moreover, he was one of the finest gentlemen, I ever met at the Worker´s Compensation bar. He will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, old friend. Bill Troupe.

For many years I have recommended to attorneys that to learn how to conduct an effective cross-examination they should sit in on one conducted by Tom. It was always a pleasure to have him in my courtroom and to admire his skills. He was the consummate attorney and gentleman.

Attorney O´Reilly was a wonderful person. I enjoy working with him several years. He was one of the best Workers´ Compensation attorneys. I loved his quick wit. Till we meet again my friend.
