Ursula Ross Obituary

Of Norwood, formerly of Utica, NY, died May 26, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Harold G. Ross. Devoted mother of Alan H. Ross, and his wife, Patricia, of Paoli, PA, Marilyn Ross Bradford, and her husband, George, of Philadelphia, PA, and Janet Ross Hern, and her husband, David, of Norwood. Loving grandmother of Kevin R. Bradford, Paul D. Bradford, Elizabeth Hern Thomison, Brian D. Hern, and Carolyn J. Hern. Also survived by three great-grandsons, and several nieces and nephews. She was sister of Eileen J. Donahue and Edward J. Donahue, and his wife, Margaret, all of Westford, and the late Barbara A. Coughlin and George L. Donahue, Jr. A graduate of Simmons College, Class of 1939. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 31, at 9am from the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St., NORWOOD, and at 10:00am in St. Timothy's Church, 650 Nichols St., Norwood. Burial will follow the Mass in Highland Cemetery, Norwood. A visitation will be held Friday from 5:00-8:00pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, PO Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202. Gillooly Funeral Home 781-762-0174
