Devoted father of Anthony Clemente of Wilmington, Karen Sullivan and her husband William of Wilmington. Caring stepfather of Anthony Luongo and his wife Sandra of Everett, Phyllis Forsyth and her husband William of Marshfield, and the late Carmen Luongo. Loving grandfather of 4 grandchildren and great-grandfather of 4 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Jack Clemente of Medford, Philip Clemente and his late wife Clara of Medford, and the late Vita Reagan and her surviving husband Bill of Burlington. Retired Lieutenant of the Everett Fire Department. Late WWII United States Navy veteran. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with Victor's family on Tuesday, February 27th, at the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home from 9 AM to 11AM, followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 11:30 AM. Services will conclude with Burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
