Mr. Brown,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and secondly for the citizens of Boston when you served with the BPD. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I am sorry for your loss, Brownie and my Dad John Floyd patrolled Jamaica Pond and Franklin Park on their motorcycles many years ago with the BPD when they worked at station 13. I remember visiting with both of them and getting a ride from them whenever I could. may he rest in peace.
