Elaine,
/Billy/Gary/Sue/Dickie/Dav id and Jimmy: (and the rest of your beautiful and large family)
I just read the sad news that Bill passed on. I wanted to immediately communicate my condolences to you all, but add my great respect and admiration for a man who showed leadership and family traits to emulate, early in my developing years which lasted because of his example and fairness to all. Your friendship in the early years has meant so much to me. I'm so proud to have visited The Frawley's very often and had Mr. Frawley accept me into his home, his family and his business.
Sincerely, Bob (Biff) and Maureen Friel
