I remember when I was young calling Billy the king of the cousins. I also remember going to the house in Hyde Park and there was a party for Billy when he came home from Vietnam. He was so grateful to my Mom for sending him letters and news clips from home. Billy was just an awesome guy. My deepest sympathy to all his family and friends. Rest In Peace cousin.
