Bill, you will always be Little Billy to me. I need you to know what an honor and privilege it was having you in my life. You have touched my heart and my soul like no other. You always were and always will be my favorite cousin. You were a great dad, son, husband, cousin and especially friend. I'm going to miss that big wonderful smile. Although we did not know William personally we knew him through his Mother Norma. She spoke of him quite often when I would walk with my wife while she delivered the mail to Norma's home in Winthrop. Our hearts are deeply saddened. It is a small world I also work with Williams neighbor who is also torn by this. May time soften the pain!
