We are so surprised and saddened after just hearing of Bill's passing. He has been our CPA for over 30 years, through thick and thin, he always had our best interest in mind. He was thorough and honest. We would look forward to our yearly tax appointment when he would conclude by letting us know if the outcome of our tax return allowed us to celebrate by having dinner at La Scala. He always said go and enjoy....
We will miss him very much!

I am very sorry we have lost Bill Jr. He was a wonderful person and a good friend. I learned a lot from him, and was always amazed at how easily he could meet new people and make friends. I hope that he has found peace and that his family will always have fond and loving memories of him.
