Visitation at the P.E. Murray-F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 2000 Centre Street, West Roxbury, on Wednesday, December 13, from 4-7pm. Funeral from the funeral home on Thursday, December 14, at 9am followed by a funeral Mass in Holy Name Church, West Roxbury at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. The best uncle in the world! I remember when I was a little girl he would visit for the holidays and bring my fav dessert pumpkin cheese cake. You will be truly missed uncle Herbie.

Herbie was a true South Ender. A lot of great memories of Herbie and his brother Skinny. I loved them both.
