Judith Ann Noone

1938 - 2018

NOONE Judith Ann, 79, of North Abington, MA, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2018. She was born to the late Cedric and Eva Lumbra on August 27, 1938 in Montgomery, VT. Judith spent much of her adolescence in Charlestown, NH where her family relocated. She married the late Thomas Francis Noone in 1971, and shortly thereafter they moved to North Abington where they happily raised a family. With her uplifting spirit, infectious laugh, and boundless energy, Judith was an inspiration to all those she met. She was an animal lover, with a particular passion for horses. Her commitment and contribution to the regional and national equestrian community and sport was remarkable, to which she dedicated much of her time and incredible creativity. As great as Judith's passion was for the equestrian community, her family always came first. She was a devoted wife and mother, supporting her husband and sons tirelessly. Judith leaves behind her two sons, Thomas and Timothy, who have remained lovingly by her side throughout the years. The services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Dressage Foundation (dressagefoundation.org) in Judith's memory, an equine sport foundation of which she was on the board since its inception in 1990 and in recent years served as treasurer.
