Raymond Imonti Obituary

IMONTI Raymond J. Imonti, Sr., 66, of Auburn, NH, died Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at his residence after a period of declining health. He was born March 20, 1945, in Boston, MA, a son of the late Frank and Helen (Raymon) Imonti. He was raised and educated in Cambridge, and was a Graduate of Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School. Mr. Imonti lived most of his life in Cambridge prior to relocating to New Hampshire 24 years ago. Raymond served his country during the Vietnam War in the United States Air Force. He had been employed for several years with Osram-Sylvania in Manchester as a cleaner. He was a lover of animals, and enjoyed time spent with his family. Members of the family include 3 sons and their wives, Raymond J., Jr. and Leona Imonti of Catonsville, MD, Peter T. and Michelle Imonti of Revere, MA, and Mark and Maria Imonti of Tewksbury, MA, 4 grandsons, Charles Johnson Jr., Brandon, Peter Jr., and Nicholas Imonti, 2 brothers, Robert Imonti of Derry, NH, and Frank Imonti of Tewksbury, MA, a sister and her husband Linda and Larry Dutton of Auburn, NH. He was also very close to his niece and nephew Lindsey and Lee Dutton, and other family members. After cremation, a graveside committal will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, November 7, 2011, at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH.
