I was so saddenned to hear today, November 19th about the passing of Shannon. We had some really fun times together when our children were small and I have thought of her for years, always fondly.
I am so happy she had such good love in her life, she was bold, vivacious and oh so very fun!! What a loss-I am so sorry for you all.

Kayla, Steve and family,

Even though Shannon was moving from Charlotte, I knew she would never lose touch with me. For a few years we had the pleasure of Shannon and you, Steve, living next door to us at Strawberry Hill. Shannon and I always found time to chat and enjoy conversations over the garden fence! Will always remember the time when she swept the sidewalk from snow along where we lived - (our one day in the year!) She always lent a helping hand and will be missed always.
Kindest regards, Jean and Roy Thompson

This is indeed a sad loss - I lived next door to Shannon and Steve for a few years, and Shannon and I often talked "over the garden fence" and shared many a laugh. She always stretched out a helping hand.
Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with all the family.

My prayers are with Shannon, Steve and Kayla.

Of the many things I admired about Shanon was her abillity to life her life to the fullest. Not many people have the courage to live as completey as she did on a (seemingly to me) daily basis. I admired that and will miss her.
