Carl Joseph Gingras

May 13, 1955 - December 6, 2023

Parrish, Florida - Carl (Carol) Joseph Gingras - Born in Quebec City, Canada to Marcel and Yvette (Carrier) Gingras. The family moved to Miami, FL when he was 11 years old. While only speaking French, he adapted quickly. He is survived by his high school sweetheart Rebecca (Becky) with whom they celebrated 50 years of marriage in August. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He's survived by his sons, Marc (Candace) and Sean (Cara) and six grandchildren Haylee, Renee, Tyler, Morgan, Pryor, and Piper. Also, survived by his sister Pierrette (David) Dixon, and brother Brian (Lisa) Gingras, and many other extended family members.

He was a resident of Manatee County for 44 years. He transferred from Miami to Bradenton and continued his career. He retired after working 38 years with FPL in November 2013.

A celebration of his life will be held, Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 10:30 am. It will be at Parrish United Methodist Church, Main New Sanctuary 12180 US Hwy 301 N, Parrish, FL 34219. Memorial donations may be made to Tidwell Hospice (Ellenton Team).
