Edward Belinski Obituary

Edward Joseph Belinski, 83, born June 23, 1927 in Parish, NY, passed away Sunday February 13, 2011 after a brief illness. He spent his summers in Skaneateles, NY and winters in Bradenton. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Marion (Jones) Belinski, originally of Wilkes-Barre, PA., son David of Skaneateles, daughter Karen Belinski of Boston, Mass., grandchildren Elizabeth and Jack Belinski, and six nieces and nephews. He was a US Navy Veteran. He settled in Skaneateles, and started his dental practice which he operated for 33 years un-til his retirement 1995. An avid golfer, he was a long-time member of both the Skaneateles Country Club and the El Conquistador Golf and Country Club of Bradenton. He was a member and past Elder of the First Presbyterian Church, Skaneateles, and attended services in winter months as a 'snow bird' at Westminster Presbyterian Church, in Bradenton. Following his passing, services were held at the Westminster Presbyterian on February 15th. A memorial service will be held in Skaneateles this Spring. Contributions may be made to the Central NY Chapter of the Autism Society of America www.cnyasa.org.

Mrs. Belinski and family: I just learned of Dr. Belinski's death. I am also a "snowbird". Dr. Belinski was my dentist for many years. Later in life, I enjoyed chatting with him in the summer. He was a very good person!

I had the privilege to work with Dr. Belinski from 1988 to 1990 as a dental assistant. He was a great dentist and teacher with a love for all people. He was a very caring person! My bet to Marion and their children.

It was my pleasure to have worked for Dr. Belinski from 1986 to 1990. He was an excellent dentist and a great employer. Dr. was a very caring and dear friends. I will remember him fondly.
